Since 2006, I have been working privately with individuals helping others relieve pain and increase performance. I am known for my in-depth understanding of anatomy and how the body / mind functions.

Furthermore, I know how to safely progress students in their understanding using breath and movement. Regularly receiving referrals, I enjoy teaching people about their bodies and how to take good care.

It’s been a delight and honor to work with elite, professional athletes as well as those experiencing traumas and living with special conditions.
