    Lisa’s private sessions are excellent. She listens to your goals and assesses your strengths and weaknesses quickly. She’s technical and can advise on how to adjust your camera so she can see how well her instructions are being implemented. Lisa’s unique background of Yoga, Pilates, the Franklin Method and general fitness make this a rich learning experience. These sessions are one of the best gifts I’ve received.
