What You’ll Learn
Feel the difference our breath makes. Learn stretches and exercises that facilitate a more expansive breath as well as techniques from yoga, Pilates, and Franklin Method.
Understanding and connecting with your breath has the power to influence your body’s strength, flexibility, and endurance. Whether your passion is hiking, cycling, swimming, tennis, golf, pilates or yoga – you can enhance your performance through breath work.
Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
