Join Yoga Therapist and Structural Integrator, Jenny Otto, for a series of weekend workshops called Grace + Gravity: Calming the Nervous System through Movement.

Learn the body’s boundaries: guarding, physiological, and anatomical. Also explore therapeutic sequences including nerve glides and tension tamers. Through Jenny’s expert teaching discover homeostasis as well as recognize our cultural tendency to be in a sympathetic state of flight, fight, freeze.
