Meditation

Join Lisa Long, M.A., Certified Instinctive Meditation Guide, for 4-weeks online to learn life enhancing skills. We meet live online for an hour on (4) Sundays from September 19 – October 10, 2021. If you miss a Sunday, we will send you the video link for the recorded session.

Conveniently join from anywhere via Zoom. With the Zoom app on your phone and ear buds, you may log in wherever life finds you. You may also join by computer and tablet.

In addition to the (4) live Sunday classes, you will also receive (4) emails with additional information and practices. These special emails will land in your inbox around mid-week and help you increase your awareness and skills.
