Location: HiReformance Institute – 13474 Atlantic Blvd. – #103 + #104
at the the corner of San Pablo Rd. + Atlantic Blvd.; in the Walmart grocery store plaza behind the Daily’s convenience store / Shell gas station; sign above the studio says Pilates / Cycling; enter through the door with the large circle on it.

Enjoy a restorative movement practice that RE-SETs you as you transition into the final month of 2019. Our RE-SET practice draws from the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and Franklin Method. No prior experience necessary.

To help for planning, we would appreciate a pre-registration so we know how many props we need to support the number of attendees as well as how to set up the room.

We only have space for 15 people at HiReformance. Please pre-register (no cost) to hold your spot.

Beneficiary – Foster Closet

Our donation-based practice is a fundraiser for the Jacksonville non-profit Foster Closet which supports foster parents who are in care taking mode, foster children, as well as young men and women transitioning out of foster care.

Please bring $20 cash or a check payable to Foster Closet.

As a bonus, if you feel inclined to provide NEW underwear for Foster Closet, please read the non-profit’s needs list. Feel welcome to bring the NEW underwear items to our practice on December 1.
