Set ups for movements, exercises, and flows are precise, easy, and safe. As well, the yoga hammock with handles set at (3) heights offers tremendous versatility in training potential.

From a therapeutic yin style to aerial arts in silks to strength and conditioning similar to TRX and Bodhi, the aerial hammock with handles beautifully meets multiple modalities and allows you to offer and enjoy extremely varied fitness programming from one piece of equipment.

Training includes color manual with over 75 exercises including class sequencing.

About the Trainer

A movement teacher for over 30 years, Lisa Long has trained hundreds of fitness teachers for AFAA, Anusara yoga, Yoga Alliance registered teacher trainings, as well as yoga therapists.

She began exploring Elevated Movement in 2001 and completed teacher training with OmGym as well as taught with the organization at Wanderlust – Tremblant, Canada.

In 2014, Lisa developed Elevated Movement and www.Elevated.rocks to share her passion for the aerial arts.

Her latest collaboration with an online classroom platform launched in 2020.
