Learn anatomy and relationships. Explore effective therapeutic sequencing. Understand boney rhythms, tissue, and muscles. Open to teachers and dedicated students of all levels.

Yoga as Therapy: Pelvis + Low Back
Sharpen your skills. Increase your understanding. Learn anatomy and function of the joints. Understand the pelvic floor, muscles, and fascia. Recognize the interplay between stability/freedom and gravity. Gain effective pelvic lumbar stability sequencing.

Yoga as Therapy: Spine
Learn therapeutic techniques and exercise as well as understand “the when” and “the why” when selecting protocols. Become educated on effective spine training. Know the spine’s function. Learn about its joints, ligaments, discs, muscles, and fascia. Recognize common ailments and contraindications.
